HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
Juanita Handy Scholarship
The Juanita Handy Scholarship, named after Theta Psi Omega's first chapter president, is intended for African-American female students in their senior year of high school in the state of Rhode Island. Recipients of this award must enroll in a four-year college or university in the fall after their senior year in high school, have a strong academic record, a demonstrated financial need and a strong record of community service.

COLLEGE STUDENTS
Women in Engineering Scholarship
The purpose of the Women in Engineering Scholarship is to support and acknowledge young women pursuing education and careers in engineering or a closely related field. To be eligible for this award applicants must be enrolled in a two or four-year college or university, be majoring in engineering or a closely related field, have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and a strong record of community service.
